I started Dutch Work Culture School because I kept seeing the same thing: smart professionals in the Netherlands losing time on tools that should help them. I have worked with more than 1000 professionals — most of them internationals in engineering, IT, pharma, logistics and corporate roles — on how to actually use AI in their day-to-day work.
The workshops are the short, practical version of that work. You come in with a real problem. You leave with a working answer.
