These terms govern your booking and attendance of workshops offered by Dutch Work Culture School ("we", "us") through workshops.dutchworkcultureschool.nl.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe and you receive a confirmation email. All prices are in Euros and include applicable Dutch VAT.
Delivery
Workshops are delivered live online. We provide the joining link and calendar invite by email at least 24 hours before the session start time. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling by us
If we need to reschedule or cancel a session, you will be offered a seat on the next available date or a full refund.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, recordings and templates remain the intellectual property of Dutch Work Culture School. You may use them for your own professional purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.
Code of conduct
We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour disrupts the workshop or is disrespectful to other participants, without refund.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the workshop. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Amsterdam.
