Dutch Work Culture School ("we", "us") operates workshops.dutchworkcultureschool.nl. This policy describes what personal data we process and why. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is the data controller?

What we collect
- Booking data — name, email address, the workshop and session date you booked. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Waitlist & contact form — email address and any message you send. Legal basis: consent.
- Technical data — minimal server logs (IP, user agent) for security and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Processors we use
- Supabase (EU) — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Lovable — hosting and transactional email.
- MailerLite — waitlist and newsletter (only if you subscribe).
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice data is retained for seven years to meet Dutch tax obligations. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing info@dutchworkcultureschool.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
