Is this you?
- You're in the Netherlands, but your network here is thin or limited
- You're applying online and getting silence
- You know you're qualified, but something isn't landing
- You want a warm introduction not another cold application
Session 1 — Prework & Positioning
Before we meet, I will review your CV and LinkedIn profile in detail. In our first session, we work through how you're currently positioning yourself and what to change, how your CV reads to Dutch hiring managers specifically, your LinkedIn visibility and how to fix it, and a networking strategy tailored to your industry and situation.
Session 2 — Execution & Referrals
Once I understand your profile, your goals, and your strengths, we move to action: targeting the right companies for your specific situation, interview preparation and positioning evaluation, a systematic approach to your job search, and at least 1 direct referral into my personal network and up to 3, depending on fit.
About the referral
I only refer people I have personally worked with and genuinely believe in. That's not a limitation that's what makes the referral worth something.
A warm introduction from someone who has placed candidates at Dutch companies, who knows your profile inside out, and who has staked their own reputation on you that is a different thing entirely from a LinkedIn connection request.
If after our sessions we agree you need more preparation before referrals make sense, we use the time to get you there first. The goal is always the same: you in the right room.
This package is for professionals already living in the Netherlands who are ready to stop applying into silence and start getting in the room.
When you need clarity, fast.

Questions people ask first
What language is the session in?
English. You do not need any Dutch — most of the people I work with don't speak it yet, and part of the session is about which roles are realistic without it.
What should I prepare?
Send your CV and LinkedIn profile when you book. Bring the two or three job adverts that best represent what you want. That's enough — the rest we work out live.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation up to 24 hours before the session. Later than that, email me and we'll sort it out.
I've already worked with a career coach. How is this different?
Most coaches teach interview technique. I've sat on the Dutch hiring side and I recruit for Dutch companies now, so what you get is what actually happens in the room after you leave it — not general advice.
Do you actually make introductions, or is that just marketing?
I only refer people I have personally worked with and genuinely believe in. That's what makes the referral worth something. If after our sessions we agree you need more preparation first, we use the time to get you there.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. I give you market insight, positioning and a plan. The applications are yours.
One hour. One clear plan.
