We want you to feel confident booking a workshop. This policy explains when a refund or reschedule is available.
Full refund — up to 7 days before
Cancel at least 7 days before your session start time for a full refund, no questions asked.
Free reschedule — up to 48 hours before
Move to any other upcoming session at no extra cost, as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the start time.
Within 48 hours
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may send a colleague in your place or receive a 50% credit toward a future session.
If we cancel
If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you receive a full refund or a free seat on the next available date — your choice.
How to request
Email info@dutchworkcultureschool.nl with your booking confirmation. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5 business days.
